Thirty years of craft have forged one conviction: the exceptional rests entirely on detail. The true line of a drawing, the plumb of a wall, the grain of a marble laid the right way — none of it is noticed, and all of it is felt.

Turyk Volodymyr is present on every site. He chooses the materials, leads every trade, checks every finish — and accepts nothing short of a flawless work. It is the condition of a work one signs.

This is also why we accept only a limited number of projects each year: perfection cannot be delegated, and cannot be divided.

The company was incorporated in January 2019; the craft itself draws on thirty years of experience. Turyk Volodymyr personally leads every site, speaks French, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, and works across eleven communes, from Monaco to Saint-Tropez.

    Concept Rénov Habitat

    Concept Rénov Habitat was incorporated in Nice on 7 January 2019, building on their previous entrepreneurial experience.

  3. Today

    A business led as a couple

    Liliya Turyk and Turyk Volodymyr lead the company as a couple. Liliya Turyk serves as president and legal representative; Turyk Volodymyr leads operations and remains present on every site.
